Hey folks, looking for some guidance here for a unique scenario wherein a close friend had GC for two years left the country due to personal challenges and officially surrendered GC, and then came back to US after couple of years. Applied new GC again formally and got the new GC .Would she be able to combine the GC time spent before and now to be able to be eligible for citizenship again. The alien number in both GC is same as uscis keeps the same gc number ..
Are previous GC yrs. considered for the citizenship application?
