I wonder if persons that entered the US under Uniting for Ukraine program and received Parole Stamp are allowed to travel to other countries other than Ukraine?
No. They have a period of allowed stay but they don't have a document that allows them to enter the US again. They can try to apply for Advance Parole by filing I-131 if they have a humanitarian need to travel abroad.
