Any one from April 03 with EB3 get approval or RFE after 2nd FP?

Frustating to see Nov/Dec 03 cases getting approved and not mine.

March/Aprial/May 2003 cases

Guys,

I have a friend who applied in 2003 Dec for 485 and 140(he gave fp1 in jan 2004) from Texas Service Centre got approved last week. This is the only Center which is not doing anything. Guess, we guys are not doing anything. please Put at least some pressure on the NSC by writing personal letters. If you guys keep queit they don't take it and they will sleep like this what they are doing now. I suspect the files from March-May 2003 they are missing or not traced. If you write letters they may search for these files. Our LUDs are never changed from the day 1. Even after giving 2FP also....they dont update in website. So Instead of Criticizing on this website....Please write to the NSC service centre(Ofcourse I did). I request you also do something from your side.

Ohh, don't even talk about TSC. I have 3 friends who applied at the same time (Jan 2004) in TSC for I-140 and I-485. They got I-485 approved in September 2004 and got their Plastic cards in LESS than 7 days from stamping.

Still havent had a clue on what is happening to my case, only message "between 570 and 600 days", passed 700 days already.

1) Did u change address inbetween
2) If so, did u personally call USCIS or did ur attorney file AR11
3) Second FP, did u receive it at the new address or at the old one.

Pls indicate.
 
i changed address in april 2004, and i sent the AR-11, it work for the law but it does not work for the USCIS, i did not call the USCIS, but I contacted my lawyer and he sent a letter to Nebraska about the address change, immediately (he did in June 2004), i saw a LUD in my case and i received a letter to confirm my address.

I received my 2FP to my new address in Nov 2004.

For experience and my friends's experience, your lawyer should send a letter to the USCIS, because the AR-11 is not enough.

priority date

Ramu,

Mine is a substitution case. The orginal priority date is: Aug 2002. My 140 is approved with this priority date on Aug 2003. Lost hope in this journey. At least if they start processing the cases of feb/march 2003 cases....we can wait with some light but nothing is happening.
