After waiting patiently for 2 years and 4 months for my 485, finally saw the approved status online!

Changed address twice, and sent in the address change form. Have three EADs/APs! Did not contact INS/BCIS/or whatever they are called right now ever regarding the status.

I used to post in this board before, then lost interest in the process long time back!

To all folks who are waiting from 01 - hang in there, its just a question of time...

wtn_4_gc...just a question. This is not to offend anyone. Did your first name or Last name sounds like a muslim name. Just wondering that delayed your process so much. My last name sounds so. Still waiting for approval. Thanks.

morgan60: No, my name does not sound like a muslim name. (reminds me of a seinfeld episode wherein they all go, should we be talking about this?!). I hope the INS is not going by how the name sounds!

vidongre: I had not contacted any senator/congresman.
 
I told you guys...

If you are Oct/Nov/Dec-2001 filer and already had your RFE and your 2nd FP's were done in Sept-03, you'll likely get an approval in April.
