Approved on September 20, Not received the approval by mail yet

My case was approved on September 20 (online status).My attorney says they have not received the approval by mail till today. any one in similar situation ? What are the options i have if it is lost in the mail?

my case was certified in the mid of Sep. My attorney hasn't received anything yet, so does my company and my self. It is Dallas BEC. My PD is current but becasue of the lack of original LC notice, i can't file 140/485. My attorney suggest file 140 with a request of duplicate LC, but it will cost more time as USCIS will request a duplicate LC from DOL. Any experience you guys can share?
