Folks,
Wanted to thank this forum for being such a contributing factor in my GC process. But for this, the whole GC experience would have been a nightmare.
I request you to continue to post your experieces for the benifit of folks like me, who tend to seek comfort by reading these postings on this site and get to understand that there are more of us out there on the same boat.
I still remember the days when years ago someone directed me to this forum to sort out the confusions i had about the whole process... I have been religiously reading the postings since then.
Anyways, All is well that ends well.

PD : Oct 2000 (EB2, India)
LC Cleared : April 01
I 140 Filed : Aug 01
I 140 Cleared : Feb 02
I 485 Filed : Sept 02
EAD Approved : Feb 03
AC21 : Aug 03
First FP For myself : Dec 03
First FP For Wife : Nov 04
RFE : Medical for entire family - RETAKE, Employment Verification Aug 05, Responded Sept 7 05
Second FP for myself CODE 3 : Nov 05
Second FP for Wife (CODE 1): Jan 11th 06
Thrid FP for Wife and First FP for Son (CODE 2): March 9th 06
Letter on Card being mailed : March 30th 06
Card Received : April 1st :confused: (Ironical, isint it ?.).
Approval Notice Received : April 1st.... (I hope someone has not fooled me with a dummy card)

CODE 1 : Finger Printing for all 10 fingers
CODE 2 : Finger Printing for Index finger and a picture us taken
CODe 3 : Finger Printing for Index finger and all 10 fingers, and a picture is taken.
