I am really happy share that both my and spouse cases got approved on 06/17/2004, received email few minutes back. This is a great forum with lots of information, I did fax about FP expiry 4 days back, I am thankful to all of you.

Congratulatios!
I have done my FP on May 13 2003. Are they already Expired ? SHould I do a manual FP again ?Should I fax a letter too. I asked my attorney to send a reminder letter and he sent it.

Man .. Hope it gets approved soon ...

On May 13, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

FPs are valid for 15months from the date of the FP. So in your case it will expire in Aug 2004. BAJIS one of the gurus had at one point suggested faxing a letter to TSC about 3 months before the expiry. So in your case you should fax now.
