As I posted last time that my case has been approved with I-485 RD 02/03. My case was a Labor substitution with a permamnent position in Denver location. Since filing I-485 I am working in Atlanta and going for GC stamping next week at local INS. Now my lawyer suggest that I should ask my company to transfer me to Denver as per Labor substitution but my company says that it is not required since under AC-21 portability act one can change job after 180 days and you can remain working in Atlanta. As per my company there will not be any issue in future or during GC stamping. I believe that my compnay is right but need your advice. Please suggest.
