My green card has been approved today (7/26). This forum is great. I didn't post so many messages but read 1000s of them in past 3 years. It was unbelieable support and source of information. It almost felt like a family here.

Details are -
RD - 8/02
FP1- 9/02
FP2 - 5/04
RFE - 7/2/04 (EVL)
RFE response received by USCUS - 7/12/04
LUD changed - 7/12,7/13,7/14 (status message changed when RFE was issued and RFE was received)
AD - 7/26/04

Wife's case
RD - 8/02
FP1- 9/02
FP2 - 5/04
RFE - None
status never changed from day 1 till yesterday.
AD - 7/26/04

My "Last updated date" keeps changing for the past 5 days..

RD: 10/17/2002
1st FP: 12/2002
3RD EAD and AP: 05/2004
2nd FP scheduled: 7/2/2004
2nd FP done: 7/2/2004

Status change after 2nd FP: 7/8/2004

Last updated date changed 5 days consecutively.. 7/22, 7/23, 7/24, 7/26 and 7/27..

hope its a good sign

AwtngGC, I think you will get approved soon. My LUD changed three times before I got approved. You should get approved within 3 - 4 weeks. Hope I'm righr. :cool:
