Approved...Finally

My attorney just called me and told that he has received the I-485 approval for me and my wife.
I was surprised because I did not get any email notification from USCIS.gov nor it was updated on their website though I am a registered user there.

ND & RD 3/12/02
FP 05/29/03
AD 05/20/04

Also I did not file Ac 21 after I switched jobs.

I still didn't get the email from INS neither my information is updated on USCIS.gov site where I registered. My Lawyer faxed our approvals today and has fedexed all the originals too.

The approval letter says:

"YOur application for permanent resident status has been approved. Please take this notice, your Arrival/Departure form I 94, your passport, photos to the local office listed below to have your fingerprint and signature taken on form i 89 and otherwise complete processing for your Alien Registration card."
