Yes!!!, my 485 has been approved after 2nd FP.
Here are my details.

RD 11/13/01
ND 12/01/01
Ist FP 02/11/02
RFE 04/15/03
RFE for Employment letter and wife's complete medical.
RFE response updated 04/29/03
2nd FP 06/05/03
AD 07/02/03

Yes now I believe, NSC does work.
