Here is my details.
I-485 ND: July1, 2002
1st FP: Sept, 2003
2nd FP Mar, 2004
RFE: May25, 2004
RFE Response: Aug2, 2004
Approved: Aug16, 2004 (receive email from USCIS and online update)
My Job History:
I was laid off in June, 2003 from sponsored company A.
Work for Company B as contractor from June-Sept, 2003 (Similar pay rate)
For Company C as contractor from Sept, 2003 to June, 2004. (USD30K more than original rate)
Turning into regular employee for company D(company C's client), with USD10K more than labor certificate and I-140 pay rate(Annual).
Got RFE on May25, 2004 by email, and got original RFE letter from HR of company A on June29, 2004.
On Aug2, 2004 my lawyer response the RFE(employment verification) based on AC21.
Although my case is fairly complicated, so far so good. 40 months journey ended finally since filing RIR LC.
I am a very active contributor to this forum. But this forum helps me a lot to have sense of timing and case complexity etc.
