approval ?

hello all,
i have been a passive observer of this forum, mostly because I'm new to this Immigration thing and did not have much to contribute. I do have a profile on RUPNET (bunts).

I received an RFE on 2.14.03 and replied by 3.5.03. BCIS acknowledged receipt of RFE and updated the status by 3.12.03. Today, of all the things in my mailbox, I find I-485 approval notices both- for my wife and I (AD: 3.20.03) !

here's the puzzler: :confused:

AVM and Online Case Status still say reflect receipt of RFE- nothing regarding approval.

I140 Approval 08/01
I485 RD 10/01
I485 ND 11/01
FP 02/22
RFE 02/14/03
RFE Received 03/07/03
AD 03/20/03

You have a document in your hand which says you are approved and you still are in doubt??? Man, wake up and Enjoy. Do you have cousin called Thomas...kidding. Take Care.

Seems that there's a problem with the online/avm updatation - that accounts for why we are not seeing many approvals on rupnet of late!
 
Approved - Waiting for Aproval Notice

My Case was approved on 03/13/03, and still waiting for approval notice. I did not change my residence or employer.
Does any one in same boat?

How long will it take for my case to be looked at?
Anybody with a correct guess is welcome
 
Well, it does appear that there is something going on with the Online Case status as well as AVM.

In order to confirm that I had indeed been approved, I just spoke with an IIO @ Nebraska- she did say I was approved on 3/20/03 :)

So to many out there, do not despair. Hopefully, once BCIS gets its systems sorted out, we are likely to see a flood of updates. Just my instinct.

ND: 11/18/01
AP: 12/4/01
EAD: 12/4/01
FP: 02/22/02
RFE: 02/14/03
RFE response to BCIS: 3/7/03
AD: 03/20/03
