Approval slow this week!???

It appears ....
from the postings that NSC may have suspended Approval now and
taking a stock at the volume load. They may decide to do a
new strategy now, because of the 30% increase in pending cases
this year compared to last year. ( 2001 vs 2000 ).

I do not think so they are very good in planning and strategy

Dear Friends, I have lost confidence in NSC and their style of management and functioning, THEY ARE GOOD AT WASTING TIME, GOSSIPS, PLAYING GOLF, SMOKING CIGARS, GOTING TO STRIP CLUBS, WALKING WITH COFFEE MUGS IN THE CORRIDORS, AND AT LAST THEY SHOULD LEARN HOW TO FORM A QUEUE FROM THE KINDERGARTEN KIDS, WHY THE HELL IN THIS WORLD NSC WILL NOT PROCESS THE CASES ON FIRST IN & FIRST OUT BASIS !!!

A WAITER FOR MORE THAN 500 DAYS IN I 485 STAGE !!!

Why do NSC not following this rule? PD,RD,ND are nothing!

BUT, I want say something here .

Because they are normal human. They may only have high school diploma and get pay by hour($8.00 ~ $13.00) Compar with our salary, they can be forgive. How they know FIFO or FILO ...

By the way, NSC is local at LINCOLN,NE. (I live there more than 3 years) People in there is nice for foreigner.

My para-legal tells me my case is assigned to an officer

PD: 7/98, RD: 11/17/2000, ND:12/05/2000;EB2 INDIA,LIN----048------

Hopefully, they will look at it in the next few weeks....
