Approval of I-140 on Dec\' 06

Hi Guys,

I finally got my Approval for I-140 after a very long waiting time. Here are my Details.

Receipt No. - SRC-01-XXX-XXXXX
Received Dt. - Apr 17\' 2001
Notice Dt. - Apr 27\' 2001
Approval Dt. - Dec 06\' 2001
Case Type - EB3

I just wanted to update you guys so you can analyze where we are currently. I wish you all good luck.

I have one small question. My company is in Dallas, Tx. We have a branch office in NY. Can I file my 485 from VSC. If so what additional documentation do I need. My attorney says I cannot file in VSC since everything was done in Dallas. My office in NY is not a full fledged office it is just registered and couple of guys sit there. Let me know if you guys have any idea.

Congrats

Why do you want to file 485 from VSC ? From what I see all the SCs are processing for a year or more. With TSC improving, maybe they will reduce their time for 485 ?

In any case, which one is the most fastest among all service centers ?
