applying permanent Immigration to our daughter

Hi
We have Canadian PR card and we reside in Newyork. Now we have a new addition to our family a baby girl. We need to apply for her permanent immigration. I guess it should be under family sponsorship. Please give me more information on the procedure and also if anybody knows how long it takes to get her the PR card?
 
You need 2 inform CIC ASAP abt ur daughter's birth..otherwise they might say u r hiding info.They will advise you to apply for her.
