Help us out please with clear understanding what would be the best solution in our case.
We are married for a couple months and we are in real truth marriage. I am Canada PR holder, my wife is USA Green Card holder (we are both Russian passports holders). She has a daugter USA citezenship. We are planing to move them into Canada and apply for spouse sponsoring from within a Canada. There are a couple big concern about that:
- Should we declare our intention at the Port of Entry when we are crossing border on the car. How custom offices could react on a such situation. Are there any law possibilities to refuse them in being entered into the Canada if we are going to stay and wait for her and her daugter status (we will have of coures a consent from daugter's father to remove her into the Canada)?
- Is there any non-legal matters (which want to avoid in any case) in moving into Canada with intention for applying from within a Canada family class immigration?
- What are her possabilities to keep holding Green Card of USA. She has a car lease there, bank loan, she is studing remotly in the USA university and also has freelance design from time to time there?
