I have just became a U.S. Citizen and would like to apply for my parents and my brother who is 18 years old.
1. What forms to do I need to use for their application?
2. What is the fastest way for my 18 years old brother to get his green card?!

2. On his own, by marrying US citizen; second fastest is via F-1/H-1/GC sequence, and the third - by sponsorship by his parents after they become US citizens. DV lottery is a wild card. It will take him 11-23 years (depending on the country of origin) through your sponsorship.
