Hi,
My employer from a top MNC in India had raised an H1B for me in the year 2016. It was picked up in lottery but it was never stamped and I switched companies in the year 2017. I have the below doubts:
1. While filling up DS 160, it requires to declare any previous visas raised in the past. Do I mention it as yes?
2. Also I am unaware of the petition details as the ex-employer had the original documents and I have no copy of it. Due to this I am unable to find out if it has been revoked or not. Is it safe to declare it as revoked?
Thanks,
Krishna
