apply for L1 A on I -94 ext (L1 B expired)

Can my company able to apply for L1 A for me as I am on I-94 ext.My L1 B expired on 23rd Oct 2012.

The employer must file a From I-29 , Petition for non-immigrant worker, with the Fee on behalf of the company.
