Hi I am a Canadian. My current TN / I-94 will expire in one week. I plan to obtain my new TN this week, but my appointment at Peace Bridge is 2 days after my I-94 expires.
Will the 3-day gap have any negative impact on my record? Thanks!
No. Your leaving the country, even momentarily, will end any unlawful presence, far short of any bar limit. As long as you do not work on the days your I-94 is invalid.
