AP - Middle Name Problem

My Wife's AP has different middle initial then on her passport.

She will be using AP when she returns to US. Would there be a problem due to difference in middle name (her passport has her maiden middle name).

Any help is appreciated.

Could be. Even the airline agent could reject her if there's discrepancy in names. Ask her to bring the birth and marriage certificates if the name change is due to marriage.
 
What is your(bigwonder) wife's RD, ND and AD?

Which service center?

I don't know why RD, ND OR AD would be needed in this case ?

Anyway here they are :
RD : 08/2001
ND : 09/2001
FP : 04/2003
AD : God Knows
 
She can also get the marriage name endorsed in the passport. Should be easier than to take the risk of having to explain to every airline agent and POE inspector...
