AP-I-131 Questions, please help

Hi,

In AP application form I-131, Part 7. Complete only if applying for advance parole.

On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole¡_.

1. For how many trips do you intend to use this document? One trip More than one trip

Questions:
1. If I select ¡°More than one trip¡±, do I need to pay more application fee?
2. What is the difference to write a separate sheet(s) of paper for selecting ¡°One trip¡± or ¡°More than one trip¡±? Do I need to give reasons why I select ¡°More than one trip¡±?

Anyone knows, please put you experience. Thanks!

If you are applying for AP through employment based I485 you don't have to attach a separate document. Just attache a copy of your I485 receipt along with other documents required (says in the instrucition for I131).

There is no extra fees for selecting "1 or more" trips. It's best to select one or more option.

select " More than 1 trip option " - else ur AP will be valid only for 1 trip.
