I am going to attend an Infopass interview to get an emergency Advance parole to visit my Critically ill Father. My Father's doctor is sending a letter and medical history to me. I have a pending I-131 application RD 21-DEC-2006 in NSC. I came to know from this forum that INS will consider this as a new I-131 application and cannot ask them to consider the my pending application. I think I will have to take my I-485 receipt, EAD, Passport.
I want to know what are the documents that I should take with me, any advice, any points to consider, any information from the experienced people like you to help me out with this.
