Let's count on spouse's case not been approved.

Mine AD 2/24/02, spouse is still waiting.
 
Is your spouse's RD the same as yours?

In my case our cases were approved. However our kids have not been approved. Reason : Though we applied together, our kids have got a RD 2 months later...

In our case, I am the dependent spouse who was not approved at the same time as the primary applicant.

My husband and I filed jointly and our RD is sometime November 2001 (can't remember exact date right now).

My husband's application was approved 03/31/03 (no interview) and his PP was stamped 4/16/03.

Our lawyer received a communication that my case has been transferred to a local center (Baltimore) for interview so I'm now waiting for the interview schedule......

One more...

Primary approved on Mar 28, 2003. Spouses still pending. RD (Aug '02) and ND same. For some reason spouses FP was 1 week later. Called to check if wife's application was along with mine, not separated.... answer was yes. Still... life is not immigration-anxiety free.

My wife and I filed togethe. We have the same RD, ND, FP date.
However her case is still pending per online message as of today.

My lawyer said sometime the immigration office could forget to update the status. Is that possible?
