I know someone faked employer support ducuments for greencard application, and her greencard has been approved! That is extremely unfair for people like us who applied legally and have been waiting for years to get our greencards approved. I searched online to see if I can report the fraud case, however, I only found a phone# 1-866-347-2423 and its line is always busy. Does anyone knows how to report it efficiently? Mailing address and a website will be the best. Thanks!

Let it go, if you complain they may take more time to process our applications. In my opinion, any system will have some loopholes.

you probably can just post the information here, some immigration officers (not sure how many) participate in this forum

There is just one little problem with this logic. USCIS will give your green card to these fakies and make you wait longer because "oops, theres no more visa left"

Is this true ???? why dont they post then ? A little transperancy will go a long long way in calming us.

There's this guy "Icarus" - used to post very insightful info in the DBEC thread. Said that he was an "insider". Helped us all sleep very well at night. But there's no one like that in CSC.

I will strongly recommend to talk to the press. If this is true, it will get escalated very qucikly.

I don't agree with dima66a!

First, the officers who process the fraud reports are not the same as who process our applications.

2nd, just like qwerty1111 said, numbers of visa are limited.

3rd, people should be aware what is the result if you break the law. Law is not just for punishment on the bad, it also warns the good one not to do the bad things!

could you please give the details on how to talk to press?

get in touch with local newspaper and ask them if they are interested in the story. It must be a hot topic after the NJ company owner who was arrested last week or so.

This is nothing short of illegal immigration so I think most of the newspapers might be interested. Also it points out facts that there are channels through which unwanted elements in the society can get legal status. So this must be really NEWS.
Please do deter, in whatever way possible, acts by people who find illegal ways to get legal status while we painstakingly follow every step to get to it.

I would say, let it go. I won't mess ones life just because they got lucky by whatever means and mine got stuck. I know its very frustrating, but won't want anyone to go through what all of us are going through. Let them enjoy their time am sure all of will get our chances one day.

why let go ?

Why let go ?
There are people who game the system. People defraud the system and achieve their goal while we abide by the law , stand in the line, wait and wait, get exploited by people. I personally know people who were behind me , cheated the system and achieved their goal.
This induces lot of frustration.
I am contemplating to write to DHS and/or Dir of SC.
I am sure that they do listen and investigate.

what is SC?

I know DHS is Department of Homeland Security, but what is SC? I won't let it go.

Dont let go WWW.
You may write to the the Dir of Service Center make it Personal Attention.
In addition write to Personal Attn. of DHS Dir.
Blow the whistle ANON. Provide proof.
And if the facts are substantiated and there is evidence; I bet there will
be investigation and reprisal.
It has happened before.
Hope this soothes.

Unfortunatly there is no link in USCIS website to report any immigration fraud. Still you can/should report it, if you have some evidence. If they take action and if it become news, then people will stop doing fraud. Do it man.

You can send a letter to the Regional Service Center Directior with an Attention in top of your Envelop : "Immigration Fraud Notification",

If you do not know the service center, Send it to DC.

Sounds like a case of sour grapes to me. It isn't your job to play the vigilante, it is the job of the DHS. What goes around usually comes around IMHO.

140_takes_4ever, it's been like "4ever" since I've seen you around here. How's things? Enjoying your GC freedom no doubt. :)
