Hi, could you share the fax number for I-485 if you know it? My friend has ND Oct. 2002, and first FP Dec. 2002 (expired), has not received new FP notice. Thanks.

I am in the same boat with same dates.and NO 2 FP and NO RFE. but what do you mean by "fax number"?. what fax number it is ?. NSC fax number. but what can you do with that ?. please let me know.

As far as I know there is no fax for enquring about case status. There is only a NCS 800 number: 800-375-5283, for this.

In any case if your friends is an employment based I-485, they are officially showing processing of Jan 2002 cases. You will get a standard reply to wait till processing date are 30 days beyond your ND.
