Hi,
is there anyone with Received Date in 2005 and GC got approved in EB3 category? just wondering if NSC processing cases received in 2005..

I got approved on June 20th. My RD was in June 2005.

My case is NIW (self petition, not through employer),
I got an RFE on 07/06 on I485 for birth and to submitt proof of continuous employment authorization. Is this same as employment verification or proof of employment?

I am also filed in March-2005. There were some LUDs recently. But no message change.

Talked to an IO today ,he tells me that my case is waiting for IO review. He told me that he can not tell me any NC and SC info. He said everything looks fine.

What does waiting for IO review mean? Does any one know? Not sure how much ,I have to wait.:mad:
 
I just spoke to NSC rep and he has answered all my questions indirectly.They are approving the cases based on RD.Looks like they are working on 2003 and 2004 cases.He said my case is waiting for officer review.The moment he said immediately asked does that mean it cleared all security checks?.He said yes.I also placed SR last week.We will see 2005 and 2006 approvals soon.

I just spoke with NSC rep and got some info which is not believable. The lady who answered the phone says my name checks might have done already as i applied in March 2005. And she says as my rfe has been received on June 18 07. My RD falls as June 18th 07 and i should wait to place service request until NSC processing times will be june 07. I am really mad and i can't believe it. And i double checked with her and she says this is the new procedure. Should i believe it... Does anybody has similar experience?
