Anybody still waiting for RFE required I-140 redo?

Hi, Anybody is still waiting for the ammended I-140 approval due to company name change/merger/acquisition after received an RFE notice?
Do you guys know how long\'s the waiting for the re-do I-140 approval?

Looks like recently CSC\'s working on a lot of I-485 approvals, but I-140 is stiganant, especially for EB2.

Any idea how long we still have to wait and wait?

Even I am in the same boat. I applied for I-140RFE in February and waiting..
I am not sure when they take up our cases. I read the actula RFE letter from
INS, it mentions as though, we don\'t need an amended I-140 if 485 is more than
180 days old. My 485ND is 8-30-00. I just finished 6 months. Hope INS takes up
my 485 again for processing.
