I-131/Adv.Parole time in Vermont?

Hi there,

Is there anybody, who recently got I-131/Adv.Parole from Vermont center?

I applied it for my wife and got rcpt. notice dated 19th Nov'03. I want to know how much time it takes nowadays to get the Adv.parole document delivered to you.
