Anybody contacted Senator or Congressman in northern VA for I-485?

Please let me know if anyone from northern virginia has contacted senator or congressman to speed-up the process of I-485 after an unduly long delay(probably after
RFE or 2nd FP) in the process. If so, please post the details. Thanks.

I have contacted both Senator's-Warner's office at Roanoke and Allen's office at Northern Virginia. Warner's was no use, but I got responses from Allen's office. They just inquire like I did, nothing strong or extra. Still I'm waiting for the interview letter from Arlington office.
