Any thoughts about Last Update 07/02/2004 for AP

My online case status for AP says... Last Update on 07/02/2004. Any thoughts what this last update is? But the message still displays it take 60 to 90 days to process this kind of case blah blah blah?

Transfer to local office for Interview

Mine had LUD of 07/02 and alas, the Advance Parole petition is also now transferred to local office for interview.

Could be it. Also, I think TSC had clarified to AILA in May 2004 wherein it had stated that subsequent petitions may be transferred to local office if the main 485 petition was transferred for interview. It is pretty nebulous in this regard.
