me and my wife's NDis may 03 and havnt got FP yet, should we do something about it? our case is in Nebraska

Hi Kanadian,

I think BCIS changed the timing of issuing FP notices. For instance, here in CA, my ND is Sept '02 my 1st FP was done in Oct.'02 (and will expire this month-January). I've read somewhere that BCIS is issuing FP notice 9 months after the RD to avoid expiration of FP. FP is only good for 15 months. Hope this answer helps.:)

We just got the FP notice. I think they are sending FP notice only after 9 months of ND.

ND 04/23/03 - VSC
FP 02/18/04 (To be done)
