Mine is pending too, but my I 140 approved for CP, here the details

For some strange reason my I 140 was approved for CP, but we have never asked for it. Last month I have contacted US Consulate, Chennai, India, they have sent my I 140 file to INS NSC on January 10th 2002, but so far INS have not taken any action on my case, Contacted Senator\'s Office, they are in touch with INS. NO info sofar.
Waiting eagerly since 550 days !! INS AVM SAYS 300 to 330 days, I think that is all BULL Sxxx..... as every one knows here, INS IS VERY NOTORIOUS IN APPROVING VISAS TO 9/11 HIJACKERS, AND THEY WILL HESITATE IN APPROVING GENUINE PERSONS LIKE US. !! WOW WHAT A PATHETIC SITUIAION FOR US IN THIS GREAT LAND OF AMERICA !!!!!!!
