I'm just curious to see that any other March 2002 is still waiting for AD.

Got approved last week (i.e, on 09/08/2004)...and waiting for Approval letter..Wish you to get ur approvals soon..
 
2FP done recently, you will get approved

I notice that if your 2FP done in July or August, then you have more chance to get approved.

My case is 08/05/02 and 2FP 04/13/04, I do not know how long I will wait.
Keep eyes on it, let keep track my theory.

Count me in too. It seems there is a pattern here where more than 60% of people filed in March are still waiting for 2fp.

FBI Name Check Cleared

Faxed a name check inquiry to FBI on August 31. Just received an e-mail from Mr. David M Hardy saying that FBI completed a record check for me on Sep 20, 2004, and the results were forwarded to US CIS.

Let's see how long it takes from now on...
 
I just got a email form FBI says
This is in reference to your facsimile dated August 30, 2004, concerning your immigration status. The FBI completed a record check for you today, September 21st, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
It looks like the check from FBI cause the delay, you guys may fax FBI to check it.
My detail are as following
1st I140 (1997 1 and half years late denied).
2nd I140 (June, 2001)
RD I485 (April 2002)
FP1, FP2 done
EAD1, EAD2, EAD3 done
a few months ago started calling UCIS, nothing help form them,
sent email and faxed FBI, got reply form FBI today as stated above
hope every thing can go through, and best wishes for you guys.
