Any Feb 2003 I-140 cases still pending?

My I-140 was filed at VSC on Feb 14, 2003. This was a concurrent case and we have opened two inquiries with no response from VSC. I am wondering if they have misplaced the papers or they just don't want to look at my case. When I call them, they obviously don't want to talk to me. When my lawyer calls, they tell him to open a third inquiry. I don't know what to do to move this case forward.

Guys, if you have had luck writing to your Governor/ Sentator, please let me know how to go about doing this.

I filed in Feb and my ND is March31st 2003. Started a case referral but no response yet.

My I-140 was filed in early May of 2003, and still there is no response. And the enquiries also have gone without any luck. Senator office echoes the official reply. I guess we will just have to wait.
What I want to really say is that I saw my case touched on April 2004. Has something like that seen in your case?
