Any EAD, AP for July 19 filers?

Not so far.

Applied EAD/AP/485 on July 19. Got the receipt\'s. Still waiting for the EAD and AP. Called INS Vermont, learned from the automated system that EAD for myself and for my wife, was been approved on Sep, 12. AP is not yet approved. Will update once I receive the EAD card. Thank you.
 
EAD Received Today.

I have applied 485/EAD/AP on July 19, 2001. Received the receipt notice for all on 09/05/01 and EAD cards for both (myself and for my wife) received today. Still waiting for the AP (Advance Parole). Will update when I have more information. Regards.
 
I am also in the same boat. NO EAD/AP approval so far, RD:07/12, ND: 08/28.

many of them in this board posting their EAD/AP
approvals who RD/ND is later than my RD/ND.

Not sure if EAD approval is based on the region you live or
local INS?

EAD/AP Approval.

I am from California, but my company files all the applications from Baltimore. I am not sure if it is based on the local INS. If you have already received the receipts, just call the INS automated system to check the status, it will give you when the EAD is approved. Once that is approved, typically it should take couple of week to get them. Mine was approved on 07/12/01 and I received the cards today 07/25/01. Hope it helps. Good luck. Regards
