Last time I called (Sept. 14) IIO told me it\'ll be 2-3 weeks till they start December. Of course that was just one IIO and their responses vary greatly, but still

I think they should start Dec\'00 cases mid next week. Mine is ND 12/12. desperatly waiting for approval as my consulting company has me by my balls. IT HURTS...
