I am still waiting for I-485 approval
anyone else ?
Here's my timeline:
CSC EB3 own labor (took 2.5 years)
I-140/485 concurrent filing
RD 08/06/04
ND 08/09/04
I-140 AD : 03/15/05 (no RFE's)
EAD approved..(sometime in Sep/Oct),FP done.
No word yet on I-485
LUD 12/15/04 (recd. results of fingerprinting blah,blah,blah...)
(labor PD Dec 2001 : so should not be affected by retrogression)
I'll talk to lawyer next week.
