getting nervous since I saw many people filed after April 2002 got approved, any one in the same boat?

March 2002 - no second FP yet even after going thru' senators. Still with the same employer.
Take a deep breath and get ready for the weekend. Keep sending faxes to follow up and participate in campaigns. That's all we can do.

RFE generated on June 22 for Primary applicant for EVL, Salary stubs, W2's and Tax Returns for 3 years, replied on July 07.... not yet received by USCIS.

online message still same 'On June 22, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case.... '

Just got RFE INS sent on Jul 07, employment verification letter, W-2 & Income Tax Report. 2nd fingerprint done on Jan, 2004.

We have April 23rd 2002 as receipt date. Received RFE and responded June 16th received by USCIS. We received 2nd FP for August but we did FP on Friday. Just also received 3rd EAD. Any ideas how long it will take for approval?

I started this thread several week ago, and just want to let you know my case has been approved.

ND 04/23/2002
2nd FP done 07/09/04, scheduled 08/17/04
07/13/04 FP received and resumed....
07/21/04 lawyer made an inquiry
07/22/04 online message changed to "we responded to...
07/23/04 and 07/26/04 LUDs changed, but no message changed
08/06/04 received a phone call from CIS, the lady mentioned that I made an inquiry, and said my case has been approved
08/09/04 received email notice, and online message changed to case approved
08/11/04 LUD changed, but no message change

if you case is beyond processing time, do NOT just wait, bark at your lawyer and ask him/her to make an inquiry. I believe that my case would not have been approved without the inquiry.
