Potential reasons for delay
Can you guys think of any potential "negative factors" on your cases that are holding the applications? I was wondering if our cases needed to be examined in more detail and that is what is holding things up. In my case, I can't think of any but maybe I am not thinking of all the possibilities.

Why don't we do it all ?
We have applied our cases.
We have been debating about our cases.
We have considered possible reasons for USCIS delays.
We have tons of reports and Excel spreadsheets as to hidden trends and
underlying currents.
We have detected patterns based on LUD Alteration Frequency , and
Inter-LUD-Time etc etc
I guess, by now we have bar graphs, pie charts, summary reports.
We also have template letters for AC-21, multiple formats for Status
Enquiries.
We are also handling Fingerprints Status response from FBI.
We are also handling Name Check status response from FBI.
We have publicly available interpretations of all possible Status Enquiry
Responses.
Now we are considering looking into possible loopholes in our cases by
reviewing them too.
So what's stopping us from taking over USCIS ? Am sure if we make a
prpposal before the US Senate and Congress and show them our work,
we will come out with flying colours !
