Hello, I am an asylee and currently have an i485 pending. I’m required to do a nunc pro tunc interview since my dad became citizen prior to sending in the i485. When he became a citizen I was 13 I didn’t have my green card but would I still be able to get my citizenship through my dad using n600? I’m now 23 and my dad is deceased what are my options? Thank you

No. You would need to have gotten your green card before you turned 18 (and you were living with your US citizen father at that time) in order to have automatically gotten citizenship under INA 320.

(Also note that N-600 doesn't give anyone citizenship -- it is for people who already have citizenship. it is never necessary to file N-600 for a Certificate of Citizenship; as a US citizen you can always just get a US passport directly.)
