Yes, ur case is little unusual.

On an average, many (not most) of the rfe cases are approved within a month or two. I guess it would be a good idea to talk to your lawyer or much better call INS and see what they say.

2 days back my case transferred to Lousville , KY .
I don\'t know when I will get the interview????. INS sucks!!!!!!!!

Same here Mar. 2001 ND, My RFE arrived at INS on early
Apr. No news yet. Have you called INS to find out?
I called last week, doesn\'t have any thing wrong, IIO told me
wait for another 30 days, that\'s all...

Same answer: it is pending. But I feel that there is some progress becuase the IIO told me that the case was assigned to an officer on May 22 2002. Lets see what happens!!
