After petition approved how long can spouse take to arrive in USA?

I will be filing the 1-130 petition for my wife who lives and works in Canada but is a Filipino citizen.

One of our concerns is whether or not there is a time frame in which she is required to be here once the petition is approved.

She wants to give ample time for her employer to find a replacement.

She will get six months validity time on her immigrant visa, once it is issued.
