The USCIS web site is showing they mailed RFE on my I-140 on August 6th 2004. But neither Attorney nor employer received it as of today. Attorney's office opened the first case status enquiry and the second and third case enquiries were opened by my company's HR department.
The 4th time (on Nov 23rd) USCIS rep transferred to the immigration officer at national customer service centre. He took my case details and told us wait for another 30 days. He could not able to tell what exactly is my RFE. When I asked him how long I have wait his reply was "till you receive your RFE" .
So my question is what are my options here.
I waited almost four months to receive rfe.
My attorney sent an email to the AILA liaison officer at VSC asking his help in getting reissued the RFE. We have not heard anything from them.
My attorney and company's HR dept together filed 4 case referrals.
I would greatly appreciate if any body have suggestions in this.
