I have paid $70 to NVC for AOS. Now will I receive an email from NVC to go ahead and submit the AOS or I should go to their website and downloand the form and also download the document cover sheet and send it. Also, the other questions is does NVC send the email only to the petitioner or they will also send a copy to the beneficiary.
