Advice needed

Me and my wife are working here on H1b with I-485 filed.
My brother in law's company is planning to apply for his Business visa.
Question I have is should he mention in his visa form that his sister is working in US or not ?
If he does not will that make any negative effect on his Business visa application ?
any advice is appreciated.

Iits up to you if you want to mention or not and incase you don't it will not have any negative impact...
The best thing whould be she sending him a affidavit of support and all the other document which would help him get visa...

But since its his company filling for him in that case he don't have to say anything ...or mention...I dont think they can find out...
