Question: Regarding inappropriate or unacceptable (by DOL)newspaper ads, who is accountable Attorney or Employer?

BTW - are you planning to sue them?

In DOL eyes, it's always Employer.

But is going to be you who will pay the price and nothing you can do about that.

You are right.
They are blaming each other after two years. Beneficiary can do nothing.
