Hello,

We are filing an AOS for my husband, who is working legally in the US and has a OPT visa right now. Our PD is 04/10/2017 but we haven't gotten our approval yet (although we have seen in the forums that petitions filed after ours have already gotten their approval). We are now filing AOS but are not sure what documents that we need to send.
We are also filing for travel document and EAD, so far our checklist has:
His birth certificate
Our passports, with intial visas
Government issued ID's (My GC, his EAD, our Driver License)
Tax returns (For Affidavit of Support)
His latest f-1 visa
Our marriage certificate
Mine and his pay stub
Receipt of the initial petition to USCIS

Is there anything we need to add or subtract?
Thanks!

Also his I-94 and all current and previous I-20s, two passport photos of him, and his medical examination result in a sealed envelope.

Hello, thank you again. I forgot to mention photos! So all of the 1-20s issued to him till date?

Also, about the medical examination, I was not aware of it at all. How do you get it done? What aspects need to be covered?

When I was immigrating, we were sent to a specific medical center and the center directly mailed the report to the consulate. I guess its different here...
