Hi everyone,
I filed for my AOS after getting married a few months ago. We've been together over two years. We love each other and the marriage is bonafide. Before we got married, I had a pending asylum case and still have, I guess. Would that be a problem on my I-485? I've heard, USCIS grill people with asylum cases. Really don't know what to do, and also don't have extra money to spend on a lawyer... Any advice is appreciated.
